Welcome to BooHiBoo. By visiting or shopping with us, you're joining a space created with care, intention, and respect. These terms help maintain that space—for you, for us, and for the connection we share.
Our Creations
Every item we offer is made-to-order and printed specifically for you upon purchase. Please note that colors may appear slightly different in person than on your screen due to variations in monitor settings and printing processes. This is not a reflection of print quality.
Placing an Order
By placing an order, you agree that:
- All information provided (name, shipping address, email) is accurate and complete;
- You are authorized to use the payment method selected;
- You understand and accept our pricing, production timelines, shipping policies, and terms of service.
Order Cancellations
Because each item enters production shortly after your order is placed, cancellations must be requested as soon as possible and before production has begun. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at hola@boohiboo.com with your order number. Once an item is in production, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.
Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing from time to time; however, any changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
Intellectual Property
All designs, illustrations, logos, text, and visual content on BooHiBoo are original creations protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or use of our artwork is strictly prohibited. These works are not only intellectual property—they are expressions of our creative vision.
Customer-Submitted Content
If you submit your own artwork or design for any purpose, you confirm that you hold all necessary rights to it or have obtained proper permission for its use. You assume full responsibility for any claims related to copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights arising from your submission.
Disputes and Chargebacks
We are committed to resolving any issue you may have quickly and fairly. If you experience a problem with your order, we kindly ask that you contact us first at hola@boohiboo.com before opening a dispute with PayPal or your bank. In most cases, we can resolve the issue faster directly. Opening a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and affect your ability to place future orders.
Limitation of Liability
We dedicate great care to every product and aspect of our website. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, BooHiBoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products, website, or services.
Service Availability
We do our best to keep BooHiBoo running smoothly at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our website or services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site temporarily or permanently, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of e-commerce law. As BooHiBoo operates as an international store serving customers worldwide, any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in good faith. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your own country of residence.
