Every BooHiBoo piece is crafted with care and prepared individually after your order is placed. Because we prioritize quality and intentionality in every step, please allow a little extra time for your item to be thoughtfully made before it begins its journey to you.

Production Time

To ensure each piece meets our standards, please allow 5–10 business days for preparation before your order ships. This includes final checks, packaging, and dispatch.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, delivery times vary by region:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
  • Norway & Switzerland: 11–18 business days
  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
  • Rest of World: 14–25 business days

Please note: these are estimates only. Delays may occur during holidays, peak seasons, or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier disruptions or customs processing.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package's progress all the way to your doorstep.

Shipping Costs

Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We keep pricing fair and transparent—with no hidden fees.

Customs and Import Fees

If you're ordering from outside your home country, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges. These are determined by your government and are your responsibility. While they are not included in our shipping costs, we're happy to provide any documentation you may need to help with clearance.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for it. If your package goes missing after that point, please contact your local postal service or courier directly—they often have tools to investigate delivery issues.

If your package appears to be lost in transit (no tracking updates for an extended period), please contact us at hola@boohiboo.com with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to investigate. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.

Shipping Address Accuracy

We ship your order to the address you provide at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot redirect or update an address once the order has entered production or been dispatched.
