Return & Refund Policy

At BooHiBoo, every piece is created with intention and care. Because each item is prepared individually after your order is placed, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind or sizing errors—but we're always here to help if something doesn't meet our quality standards.

What We Cannot Accept

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personal preference or style mismatch

We encourage you to review our size guides and product details carefully before placing your order.

When We'll Make It Right

If your item arrives with any of the following issues, we'll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund:

  • Printing errors (faded, misaligned, or missing design)
  • Damage during shipping (rips, stains, etc.)
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Noticeable quality issues with the fabric or print

Our first resolution will always be to send you a replacement at no additional cost. A full refund will only be issued if a replacement is not possible or if the item cannot be reproduced.

EU & UK Customers – Statutory Rights

If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason, under the Consumer Rights Directive. However, please note that this right does not apply to items that are made to order or personalized, as our products are individually prepared after each purchase. If you believe your statutory rights apply to your specific situation, please contact us and we'll review your case individually.

How to Request Assistance

If something seems incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:

  1. Email us at hola@boohiboo.com
  2. Include your order number
  3. Attach clear photos of the issue

We'll review your request within 2–3 business days and respond promptly. We recommend reaching out as soon as possible to allow us to resolve your issue before any third-party disputes are opened.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period or your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hola@boohiboo.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to investigate the situation. If the package is confirmed lost, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion. Please allow up to 7 business days for the carrier investigation to be completed before a resolution is provided.

Shipping to the Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Production and Shipping Time

To ensure each piece meets our standards, please allow 5–10 business days for preparation before your order ships. Delivery times vary depending on your location once the package is in transit.
